Gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral de las enfermeras que laboran en el centro de aislamiento Villa Panamericana, Lima 2022

Abstract

Cuando se habla de talento humano,se debe tener en cuenta que se habla de las potencialidades que las personas poseen. Por ello este estudio se encamina a determinar la relación existente entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral de las enfermeras que laboran en el centro de aislamiento Villa Panamericana, Lima 2022. Los conexos epistémicos y metodológicos, basado en método Hipotético - deductivo que trata de dar respuestas a diferentes cuestiones planteadas asumiendo hipótesis que se creen ciertas. Se enmarcó en el enfoque cuantitativo, ya que el conocimiento fue el objetivo y este se desarrolla a través de un proceso deductivo en el que se contrastan hipótesis planteadas; aplicada, no experimental, la población fue 456 enfermeras del área asistencial y la muestra quedó estructurada por 141 enfermeras. El coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach con variable referente a gestión del talento humano siendo 0.96 y para la variable sobre el desempeño laboral fue de 0.92, siendo ambas para la presente investigación asumidas como altamente confiables. Concluyendo la correlación a partir de las variables gestión de talento humano y desempeño laboral de las enfermeras que laboran en el Centro de Aislamiento Villa Panamericana.

When talking about human talent, it must be taken into account that we are talking about the potential that people possess. For this reason, this study is aimed at determining the relationship between the management of human talent and the job performance of nurses who work in the Villa Panamericana isolation center, Lima 2022. The epistemic and methodological connections, based on the Hypothetical - deductive method that tries to give answers to different questions raised assuming hypotheses that are believed to be true. It was framed in the quantitative approach, since knowledge was the objective and this is developed through a deductive process in which hypotheses are contrasted; applied, not experimental, the population was 456 nurses from the care area and the sample was structured by 141 nurses. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient with the variable referring to human talent management being 0.96 and for the variable on job performance was 0.92, both of which for the present investigation are assumed to be highly reliable. Concluding the non-existence of from the variables management of human talent and work performance of the nurses who work in the Villa Panamericana Isolation Center.
