Introducción: El rol fundamental de una enfermera en sala de operaciones (SOP), es ser vigilante y metódico al momento de dar una atención al paciente que va a cirugía, de esa forma dará seguridad fisica y emocional, con el único objetivo de evitar lesiones no deseados, y así el porcentaje de eventos adversos serán mínimas o nulas, poder garantizar el restablecimiento del paciente, dando lugar a la calidad de atención y así a la evolución del sistema de salud, se adecue a la necesidad del paciente que pasa por quirófano. Por tanto el objetivo de este estudio será determinar como la calidad de atención de enfermería se relaciona con la seguridad brindada del paciente en el Centro quirúrgico en un hospital público de Lima 2025. Metodología: el proyecto de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada no experimental, su diseño es de corte transversal y correlacional la población será parte de este estudio los profesionales de Enfermería que labora en el aérea de Centro Quirúrgico, de un hospital público 2025, se aplicara dos instrumentos la Ficha de observación para evaluar la Calidad de atención de Enfermería y Lista de verificación de cumplimiento de la cirugía segura, será para estimar la seguridad del paciente, ambos instrumentos cuentan con una precisión científica y aseguran veracidad de los resultados, los datos serán procesados en Excel y seguidamente serán analizados con el programa EPSS versión 25, las cuales también serán evaluadas por pruebas estadísticas del coeficiente Rho de Spearman donde se determinara la relación entre las variables. Se hará un análisis descriptivo y deductivo, los resultados se presentarán en tablas con la finalidad de ver con mejor claridad los objetivos del estudio, durante toda la investigación se tendrá una conducta ética adecuada.
Resumen
Introduction: The fundamental role of a nurse in the operating room (SOP) is to be vigilant and methodical when providing care to the patient who is going to surgery, in this way it will give physical and emotional security, with the sole objective of avoiding unwanted injuries, and thus the percentage of adverse events will be minimal or null, being able to guarantee the recovery of the patient, giving rise to the quality of care and thus to the evolution of the health system, adapting to the need of the patient who goes through the operating room. Therefore, the objective of this study will be to determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the safety provided to the patient in the Surgical Center in a public hospital in Lima 2025. Methodology: The project is quantitative in approach, applied non-experimental, with a cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be comprised of 76 nursing professionals working in the Surgical Center area of a public hospital. Two instruments will be applied: the Observation Form to evaluate the Quality of Nursing Care and the Safe Surgery Compliance Checklist. These instruments will be used to estimate patient safety. Both instruments are scientifically accurate and ensure the veracity of the results. The data will be processed in Excel and then analyzed using the EPSS version 25 program. These data will also be evaluated using Spearman's Rho statistical tests to determine the relationship between variables. A descriptive and deductive analysis will be performed. The results will be presented in tables to better understand the study objectives. Ethical conduct will be maintained throughout the research.
