Gestión logística y la eficiencia operacional en la subgerencia de abastecimiento y servicios auxiliares de una Municipalidad Provincial de la Región Ucayali 2025

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo central determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión logística y la eficiencia operacional de los trabajadores en la subgerencia de abastecimiento y servicios auxiliares de una municipalidad provincial de la región Ucayali 2025. Fue un estudio hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativa, tipo básico, diseño no experimental de tipo transversal, su muestra fue 40 unidades de análisis de la sede de estudio, uso la técnica de la encuesta y sus instrumentos fueron dos cuestionarios. De los resultados obtenidos, el 60% trabajadores determinaron que la relación que existe entre la gestión logística y la eficiencia operacional fue regular, en la subgerencia de abastecimiento y servicios auxiliares de una municipalidad provincial de la región Ucayali 2025, y en el contraste de la hipótesis, Los resultados arrojaron un Sig. (bilateral) de 0,000 menor a 0.05, y el coeficiente de correlación de 0,989 positiva muy alta; dando la aceptación de la hipótesis general. Por lo tanto, la gestión logística se relacionó sustancialmente con la eficiencia operacional del personal de la Subgerencia de Abastecimiento y Servicios Auxiliares de la sede de estudio.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between logistical management and the operational efficiency of workers in the sub-management of procurement and auxiliary services of a provincial municipality in the Ucayali region in 2025. It was a hypothetical-deductive study with a quantitative approach, basic type, and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 40 units of analysis from the study site, utilizing the survey technique and two questionnaires as instruments. From the results obtained, 60% of the workers determined that the relationship between logistical management and operational efficiency was regular in the sub management of procurement and auxiliary services of a provincial municipality in the Ucayali region in 2025. In testing the hypothesis, the results yielded a significant (bilateral) value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, and a correlation coefficient of 0.989, indicating a very high positive correlation, leading to the acceptance of the general hypothesis. Therefore, logistical management was substantially related to the operational efficiency of the personnel in the Sub-management of Procurement and Auxiliary Services at the study site.
