Mejoramiento de competencias tecno-pedagógicas de docentes del área de humanas 9° mediante Educaplay, en tres instituciones oficiales del municipio de Piedecuesta

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo central evaluar la utilización de Educaplay y su influencia en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes de tres Instituciones oficiales del Municipio de Piedecuesta, Santander, Colombia, durante el periodo 2017-2018. En coherencia con el enfoque cuantitativo, esta investigación desde el método hipotético de tipo cuasiexperimental y constituido desde una finalidad descriptiva intersubjetiva con las situaciones reales en los que se formaron grupos aleatorios y se describieron las variables en su estado de situación mediante la aplicación de pre test, pos test, entrevista a docentes y encuestas. Así mismo, el desarrollo de la investigación, estuvo dividido en tres fases sucesivas: la I inició con la exploración de las actitudes, usos y perspectivas curriculares competencias en TIC de los docentes del área de humanas y estudiantes a través de encuestas; en la II, se profundizó lo que respecta a la implementación de Educaplay en las prácticas pedagógicas; en el sentido en que los maestros orientan su discurso hacia una perspectiva crítica que no se evidencia en la metodología de aula; y en la III, se determinó la práctica pedagógica en Educaplay en el contexto a través del análisis estadístico y el análisis de contenido. Finalmente, el estudio develó que el manejo de las TIC influye significativamente en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes, sin embargo, aún faltan más redes, herramientas y canales de actualización y formación constante en estas competencias para el desarrollo tecno-pedagógico en la educación básica y media del municipio de Piedecuesta Santander, Colombia.

The objective of this research work was to evaluate the use of Educaplay and its influence on the pedagogical practices of teachers from three official Institutions of the Municipality of Piedecuesta, Santander, Colombia, during the 2017-2018 period. Consistent with the quantitative approach, this investigation from the hypothetical method of quasi-experimental type and constituted from an intersubjective descriptive fanility with the real situations in which random groups were formed and the variables in their situation status were described by applying pre test, post test, teacher interview and surveys. Likewise, the development of the research was divided into three successive phases: the I began with the exploration of the attitudes, uses and curricular perspectives in ICT skills of teachers in the area of humans and students through surveys; in the II, the implementation of Educaplay in pedagogical practices was deepened; in the sense that teachers orient their discourse towards a critical perspective that is not evident in the classroom methodology; and in III, the pedagogical practice in Educaplay in the context was determined through statistical analysis and content analysis. Finally, the study revealed that the management of ICTs significantly influences the pedagogical practices of teachers, however, there are still more networks, tools and channels for updating and constant training in these competences for techno-pedagogical development in basic education and a half of the municipality of Piedecuesta Santander, Colombia.
