Habilidades sociales y formación profesional en estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas de una universidad nacional de Lima, 2021

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre las Habilidades Sociales y la Formación profesional en estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas de una Universidad Nacional de Lima, 2021. El método utilizado para el estudio fue el hipotético deductivo, de enfoque Cuantitativo; según su propósito fue aplicada, ya que buscó solucionar problemas prácticos del estudio; presentó un diseño No Experimental, de nivel Correlacional, de corte transeccional o transversal, ya que fue capaz de poder conocer la relación existente entre las variables del estudio: habilidades sociales y la formación profesional. En relación a su población, estuvo conformada por 100 estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas, de una Universidad Nacional de Lima, 2021; la muestra fue de tipo censal debido a que se consideró a toda la población del estudio. Para recoger los diversos datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios, que pasaron por juicio de expertos para su validación, para su fiabilidad se utilizó el estadístico de Alfa de Cronbach y para inferir los datos la prueba del estadístico Kolmogórov-Smirnov y como los datos obtenidos salieron que no tiene una distribución normal, se utilizó una prueba no paramétrica para la comprobación de sus hipótesis, tal como la prueba de Rho de Spearman que es aquel que ve el grado de relación entre las variables. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que existe un grado de relación entre las habilidades sociales y la formación profesional en estudiantes de Ingeniería, esto quiere decir que se tiene una correlación positiva muy fuerte, aceptándose la hipótesis alterna y rechazándose la hipótesis nula.

The study aimed to: Determine the relationship between Social Skills and Professional Training in students of the Faculty of Industrial and Systems Engineering of a National University of Lima, 2021. The method used for the study was the hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach; according to its purpose it was applied, since it sought to solve practical problems of the study; presented a Non-Experimental design, Correlational level, transactional or cross-sectional, since it was able to know the relationship between the study variables: social skills and professional training. In relation to its population, it was made up of 100 students from the Faculty of Industrial and Systems Engineering, of a National University of Lima, 2021; the sample was census type because the entire study population was considered. To collect the various data, two questionnaires were used, which underwent expert judgment for validation, for its reliability the Cronbach's Alpha statistic was used and to infer the data the Kolmogórov-Smirnov statistic test and as the data obtained came out that does not have a normal distribution, a non-parametric test was used to test its hypotheses, such as Spearman's Rho test, which is the one that sees the degree of relationship between the variables. The results obtained indicated that there is a degree of relationship between social skills and professional training in Engineering students, this means that there is a very strong positive correlation, accepting the alternate hypothesis and rejecting the null hypothesis.
