Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es determinar cómo las condiciones de trabajo del personal de enfermería se asocian con el síndrome de burnout en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital. Así mismo, en relación a los métodos, el estudio se llevará a cabo utilizando una metodología aplicada, utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental. Se trabajará con 80 profesionales de enfermería del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Chosica 2025. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizarán dos cuestionarios. Los datos que se obtienen con estos instrumentos serán codificados y organizados en una matriz, lo cual será analizado por el software SPSS 25.0, aplicando tanto técnicas descriptivas como inferenciales. La técnica inferencial empleada será el Rho de Spearman, una prueba que ayudará a verificar las hipótesis del estudio, con el fin de emitir las conclusiones del caso.
Resumen
The aim of the research is to determine how the working conditions of nursing staff are associated with burnout syndrome in the emergency department of a hospital. Likewise, in relation to the methods, the study will be carried out using an applied methodology, using a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. We will work with 80 nursing professionals from the Emergency Service of the Chosica 2025 Hospital. For data collection, two questionnaires will be used. The data obtained with these instruments will be coded and organized in a matrix, which will be analyzed by the SPSS 25.0 software, applying both descriptive and inferential techniques. The inferential technique used will be Spearman's Rho, a test that will help verify the hypotheses of the study, in order to issue the conclusions of the case.
