Estrés y resiliencia en personal técnico de enfermería del Hospital Nacional PNP Luis N. Sáenz de Lima, 2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre estrés y resiliencia en personal técnico de enfermería del Hospital Nacional PNP Luis N. Sáenz de Lima, 2025. La metodología empleada fue, el método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. Los participantes fueron 80 técnicos de enfermería, mujeres (73) y varones (7), cuyas edades oscilaron entre 24 a 56 años. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron la Escala de Estresores en Enfermería de Gray y Anderson y la Escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young. Los resultados demostraron que existe relación estadísticamente significativa y positiva baja (rho=.205; p<.01) entre estrés y resiliencia; asimismo, predominó el nivel promedio de estrés (48.7%) y el nivel alto de resiliencia (92.4%) en el personal técnico de enfermería. Se concluyó que, existe relación significativa y positiva entre estrés y resiliencia, a nivel general y en las dimensiones, en el personal técnico de enfermería del Hospital Nacional PNP Luis N. Sáenz de Lima.

The present investigation aimed to demonstrate the relationship between stress and resilience in technical nursing staff of the Luis N. Sáenz National Hospital in Lima, 2024. The methodology used was the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design and correlational level. The participants were 80 nursing technicians, women (73) and men (7), whose ages ranged from 24 to 56 years. The data collection instruments were the Gray and Anderson Nursing Stressor Scale and the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale. The results showed that there is a statistically significant and low positive relationship (rho=.205; p<.01) between stress and resilience, both at a general and dimensional level; Likewise, the average level of stress (48.7%) and the high level of resilience (92.4%) predominated in the technical nursing staff. It was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between stress and resilience, at a general level and in the dimensions, in the technical nursing staff of the PNP Luis N. Sáenz National Hospital in Lima.
