Como mejorar el sistema pensionario de la Policía Nacional del Perú dentro de la institución, Lima 2024-2025

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo principal, analizar en qué medida la acción judicial se contradice de sus instrumentos legales, en segunda instancia aceptando los alegatos orientados a la abstención de excluir el reglamento de la fuerza del orden, permitiendo un distanciamiento de la función que le compete resolver oportunamente. Vemos como la desigualdad se va introduciendo en distintas instituciones públicas, normalizando derechos elementales del trabajador de la sede de Lima centro, 2024. El diseño de la investigación es de tipo cualitativo y no experimental de corte transversal, descriptivo, la población objeto de estudio fue de 20 participantes siendo la mayoría Policías, abogadas y estudiantes, el instrumento usado han sido las entrevistas, el resultado obtenido fue favorable los participantes expresaron sus ideas en casos salariales, la misma información se adecuó en tablas de acuerdo a las preguntas, el cual garantiza estándar de calidad. Se concluye que existe suficientes teorías filosóficas que respalda esta indagación y está orientado a examinar los mecanismos jurídicos para complementar con nuevas corrientes ontológicos para mayor efecto de una justicia equitativo; es decir ante la falta de información se debe recurrir a otras teorías y establecer como una estrategia de mayor nivel; sirve de ayuda para modelos convencionales frente al estancamiento de problemas cotidianas. Las voces de los que esperan una justicia en silencio no deben ser olvidados ni omitidos en especial de los más débiles en educación, se puede resolver con los datos planteados y un trabajo participativo con escucha activa genera confianza.

This study's main objective was to analyze to what extent judicial action contradicts its legal instruments, in the second instance accepting the arguments aimed at abstaining from excluding the regulations of the law enforcement force, allowing a distancing from the function that corresponds to it to resolve in a timely manner. We see how inequality is being introduced in different public institutions, normalizing basic rights of the worker at the Lima center headquarters, 2024. The research design is qualitative and non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, the object population of study was 20 participants, the majority being police officers, lawyers and students, the instrument used was interviews, the result obtained was favorable the participants expressed their ideas in salary cases, the same information was adapted in tables according to the questions, which guarantees quality standards. It is concluded that there are sufficient philosophical theories that support this inquiry and is oriented to examine the legal mechanisms to complement with new ontological currents for greater effect of equitable justice; That is, in the absence of information, other theories must be turned to and established as a higher-level strategy; it serves as an aid to conventional models in the face of the stagnation of everyday problems. The voices of those who silently await justice should not be forgotten or ignored, especially those with the weakest educational background. This can be resolved with the data presented, and participatory work with active listening builds trust.
