Adherencia al tratamiento y calidad de vida en pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis de un hospital de Moquegua EsSalud 2026

Abstract

El Objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida en pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis. La investigación empleara el Método hipotético-deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de nivel descriptivo correlacional. La población estará conformada por 64 pacientes que fueron diagnosticados con enfermedad renal crónica, en tratamiento sustitutivo mediante hemodiálisis, atendidos en la Unidad de Hemodiálisis del Hospital II EsSalud, Moquegua. Para la recolección de datos se utilizarán el instrumento “Evaluación de la adherencia terapéutica”, diseñado por Bonilla y Gutiérrez en Colombia, adaptado y validado en Perú en el 2014 por Sánchez Calle y el cuestionario KDQOL-SF-36 desarrollado por Ware J.E. y adaptado para el contexto peruano en 2014 por Flores., Malpartida y Damaso. Los datos serán codificados, contabilizados, tabulados y procesados mediante el software estadístico SPSS Statistics versión 26.0. Se aplicarán procedimientos estadísticos descriptivos como tablas de frecuencia, medidas de tendencia central y dispersión, así como tablas cruzadas para el análisis de las variables y sus dimensiones de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between treatment adherence and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The research will employ the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, and a descriptive-correlational level. The population will consist of 64 patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, undergoing renal replacement therapy through hemodialysis, and receiving care at the Hemodialysis Unit of Hospital II EsSalud Moquegua. For data collection, the instrument “Evaluation of Therapeutic Adherence,” designed by Bonilla and Gutiérrez in Colombia and adapted and validated in Peru in 2014 by Sánchez Calle, will be used, along with the KDQOL-SF-36 questionnaire, originally developed by Ware J.E. and adapted to the Peruvian context in 2014 by Flores, Malpartida, and Damaso. The data will be coded, counted, tabulated, and processed using the statistical software SPSS Statistics version 26.0. Descriptive statistical procedures will be applied, including frequency tables, measures of central tendency and dispersion, as well as cross-tabulations for the analysis of variables and their dimensions according to the results obtained.
