Los profesionales de enfermería se encargan de la atención integral basada en el cuidado humanizado para poder mejorar la calidad de vida y satisfacción de los pacientes que reciben terapia con hemodiálisis. Objetivo: Determinar la correlación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción de los pacientes en tratamiento de hemodiálisis en un nosocomio de Lima – 2024. Metodología: se aplicó enfoque cuantitativo y aplicado, diseño observacional y transeccional. Se obtuvo una muestra censal conformada por 80 usuarios que llevan terapia de hemodiálisis. Se utilizará la encuesta y cuestionarios: para la variable Calidad del cuidado de enfermería del autor Barrera Salazar Kelin Luis (2015) y para la variable Satisfacción del paciente de las autoras Kleeberg y Méndez (2021); serán completados previa firma en el formato de consentimiento informado. Resultados: estos se recolectarán y codificarán a través del Microsoft Excel, se procesará una base de datos como el software estadístico SPSS versión 27. Igualmente, para establecer la relación entre las variables se empleará el coeficiente Rho de Spearman. Además, se elaborarán datos estadísticos en gráficos de frecuencia y tablas que servirán para visibilizar la relación entre variables.
Resumen
Nursing professionals are responsible for comprehensive care based on humanized care in order to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients receiving hemodialysis therapy. Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of patients with hemodialysis therapy in a hospital of Lima - 2024. The methodology: hypothetical-deductive method with applied quantitative approach, observational design, cross-section. The sample: census sample made up of 80 patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in a Hospital in Lima. Technique and instruments: the survey and questionnaires will be used: for the variable Quality of nursing care by the author Barrera Salazar Kelin Luis (2015) and for the variable Patient satisfaction by the authors Kleeberg and Méndez (2021) directed after authorization and consent informed of the patients, one has 28 questions and the other has 15 questions. Results: the results will be coded in Microsoft Excel, a database will be processed such as the statistical software SPSS version 27, a statistical program with a value 0.05. Likewise, to calculate the correlation between variables, Spearman's Rho method will be indicated for this statistical task. In addition, obtain statistical data, such as frequency graphs and tables that will be useful for calculating the variables.
