Calidad del desempeño docente y la satisfacción académica de los estudiantes en una universidad de Lima, 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo “determinar la relación de la Calidad del desempeño docente y la satisfacción académica de los estudiantes universitarios” en una universidad de Lima, utilizándose el método Hipotético-deductivo, cuyas conclusiones fueron confrontadas con las evidencias de los hechos a partir de falsear o refutar una hipótesis, la investigación fue aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño de la investigación es no experimental. La muestra estuvo definida por 125 estudiantes de una universidad de Lima. 2023 y debido al contexto de la investigación, esta fue de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, utilizando para la recolección de datos la técnica de la encuesta aplicándose como instrumentos dos escalas Likert tipo ordinal. Para la validación de los instrumentos se consideró utilizar el Juicio de 5 expertos en la materia y el Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach para medir la fiabilidad de los instrumentos. Se aplicó el paquete estadístico SPSS, versión 26 para analizar la base de datos. En los resultados se concluye según la opinión de la mayoría de los estudiantes que el desempeño de sus docentes es de nivel alto y su satisfacción académica alta (84%), el valor de significancia de 0.000 < 0.05 indica la relación significativa entre las variables y el coeficiente de Spearman es 0.864 confirma que la relación entre las variables es directa y muy buena.

The objective of this research was to "determine the relationship between the quality of teaching performance and the academic satisfaction of university students" at a university in Lima, using the Hypothetical-deductive method, whose conclusions were compared with the evidence of the facts from to falsify or refute a hypothesis, the research was applied, with a quantitative approach and the research design is non-experimental. The sample was defined by 125 students from a university in Lima. 2023 and due to the context of the investigation, this was non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, using the survey technique for data collection, applying two ordinal Likert scales as instruments. For the validation of the instruments, it was considered to use the Judgment of 5 experts in the field and the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient to measure the reliability of the instruments. The SPSS statistical package, version 26, was applied to analyze the database. In the results it is concluded according to the opinion of most of the students that the performance of their teachers is of a high level and their academic satisfaction is high (84%), the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates the significant relationship between the variables and Spearman's coefficient is 0.864 confirms that the relationship between the variables is direct and very good.
