Conocimiento y actitudes preventivas sobre infecciones respiratorias agudas en madres de niños menores de 5 años en un centro de salud de Lima, 2024

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio se enfoca en “comprobar como el conocimiento de las madres sobre la enfermedad de las infecciones agudas respiratorias se relaciona con su actitud preventiva”, esto a través de un método cuantitativo, relacional y observacional, con la participación de 90 madres de niños menores de 5 años; en cuanto a la recolección de datos, se hará a través de la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumentos se usarán dos cuestionarios. Los datos obtenidos serán encriptados y documentados en una matriz, y posteriormente examinados estadísticamente con el programa SPSS 25.0, el cual brindara un análisis estadístico descriptivo en tablas y figuras, así como resultados inferenciales mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Esta prueba ayudará a corroborar las hipótesis del estudio, permitiendo formular la conclusión basada en la estimación de las variables investigadas.

The objective of the study focuses on “verifying how the mothers' knowledge about the disease of acute respiratory infections is related to their preventive attitude”, this through a quantitative method with a correlational level and a non-experimental design, being an applied study, with the participation of 90 mothers of children under 5 years of age; in relation to the data collection, it will utilize through the survey technique and two questionnaires as instruments. The data obtained will be encrypted and documented in a matrix, and then statistically examined with the SPSS 25.0 program, which will provide a descriptive statistical analysis in tables and figures as well as inferential results using Spearman's correlation coefficient. This test will help to corroborate the hypotheses of the study, allowing conclusions to be drawn based on the estimation of the variables.
