El trabajo presenta como propósito el poder medir el nivel del conocimiento que se presenta en el personal del área de enfermería sobre la bioseguridad relacionándolo con el nivel de práctica, bajo un estudio aplicado de diseño no experimental, con una naturaleza cuantitativa para la medición de las variables con la participación de 45 trabajadores de enfermería bajo la evaluación de un cuestionario y una guia de cotejo, ambos instrumentos validados con una confiabilidad alta de 0.980 y 0.851. Luego de la aplicación de los instrumentos previa autorización de las autoridades correspondientes durante 20 minutos por participante, se obtendrá una serie de respuestas que serán codificadas y estructuradas en una base de datos con el programa Excel la cual será procesada por el Spss 25.0, arrojando estadísticos descriptivos en tablas y figuras que será interpretados, al igual que la estadística inferencial donde se comprobaran las hipótesis de estudio a través del Rho de Spearman.
Resumen
The purpose of this study is to measure the level of knowledge that is presented in the nursing staff about biosafety by relating it to the level of practice, under an applied study of non-experimental design, with a quantitative nature for the measurement of the variables with the participation of 45 nursing workers under the evaluation of a questi onnaire and a comparison guide. Both instruments validated with a high reliability of 0.980 and 0.851. After the application of the instruments with the prior authorization of the corresponding authorities for 20 minutes per participant, a series of answers will be obtained that will be coded and structured in a database with the Excel program which will be processed by the Spss 25.0, yielding descriptive statistics in tables and figures that will be interpreted. as well as inferential statistics where the study hypotheses will be tested through Spearman's Rho.
