Resumen
El objetivo de estudio es “Determinar la relación entre los riesgos laborales y el desempeño del profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia”. Métodos: Trabajo de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo y de corte transversal no experimental. Contando con ochenta enfermeros del servicio de emergencias. Para la recopilación de información, se emplearán dos herramientas: un cuestionario y una guía de observación. Los datos que se obtienen con estos instrumentos serán evaluados y organizados en una matriz. Estos datos serán analizados estadísticamente empleando el software SPSS 26.0, aplicando tanto técnicas descriptivas como inferenciales. La técnica inferencial empleada será el Rho de Spearman, una prueba que ayudará a verificar las hipótesis del estudio, con el fin de emitir las conclusiones pertinentes.
Resumen
The objective of the study is "To determine the relationship between occupational risks and the performance of the emergency service nursing professional". Methods: Applied, quantitative and non-experimental cross-sectional work. Counting eighty nurses from the emergency service. Two tools will be used to collect information: a questionnaire and an observation guide. The data obtained with these instruments will be evaluated and organized in a matrix. These data will be statistically analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 software, applying both descriptive and inferential techniques. The inferential technique used will be Spearman's Rho, a test that will help verify the hypotheses of the study, in order to issue the pertinent conclusions.
