Resumen
Objetivo. Es analizar las características de la trombocitopenia en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Cajamarca, Objetivos específicos Determinar la prevalencia de trombocitopenia en gestantes atendidas, Conocer las diferencias existen entre el recuento plaquetario manual y automatizado en el diagnóstico de trombocitopenia, identificar la relación entre los valores de biomarcadores hematológicos y la severidad de la trombocitopenia en gestantes, determinar el perfil de la gestante con trombocitopenia. Métodos. El presente estudio empleará el método hipotético-deductivo, ya que parte de la formulación de hipótesis sobre los factores asociados a la trombocitopenia en gestantes, la investigación tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, debido a que se fundamenta en la medición objetiva de variables relacionadas con la trombocitopenia en gestantes, El estudio será de tipo básico, ya que sus hallazgos contribuirán al conocimiento clínico y epidemiológico sobre la trombocitopenia en gestantes, permitiendo mejorar estrategias de diagnóstico y manejo en el ámbito hospitalario.
Resumen
Objective. To analyze the characteristics of thrombocytopenia in pregnant women treated at the Cajamarca Regional Teaching Hospital. Specific objectives: To determine the prevalence of thrombocytopenia in pregnant women treated, to understand the differences between manual and automated platelet counts in the diagnosis of thrombocytopenia, to identify the relationship between hematological biomarker values and the severity of thrombocytopenia in pregnant women, to determine the profile of pregnant women with thrombocytopenia. Methods. The present study will employ the hypothetico-deductive method, since it starts from the formulation of hypotheses about the factors associated with thrombocytopenia in pregnant women. The research will have a quantitative approach, since it is based on the objective measurement of variables related to thrombocytopenia in pregnant women. The study will be basic in nature, since its findings will contribute to clinical and epidemiological knowledge about thrombocytopenia in pregnant women, allowing for improved diagnostic and management strategies in the hospital setting.
