CALIDAD DE ATENCIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL DE OBSTETRICIA Y ADHERENCIA DE LAS GESTANTES A SU CONTROL PRENATAL EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD MATERNO INFANTIL ACAPULCO – DIRESA CALLAO 2014

Abstract

En el informe de la investigación denominada Calidad de Atención del Profesional de Obstetricia y Adherencia de las gestantes a su control prenatal en el Centro de Salud Acapulco – Callao, se consideró como objetivo caracterizar el grado de cumplimiento de las gestantes a sus controles prenatales y las limitantes relacionados con la atención recibida. Es una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, aplicada, no experimental, transversal. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 40 gestantes, al aplicar la fórmula de cálculo para dos variables cualitativas se obtuvo una muestra de 36. Las gestantes fueron encuestadas aplicando un cuestionario estructurado. Se analizaron los datos utilizando métodos estadísticos descriptivos y para encontrar la significancia de los resultados se aplicó la prueba de chi cuadrado, Al realizar la prueba de hipótesis se tuvo un resultado de X2 tabla = 3,84 y X2 prueba = 12.857 rechazándose la Hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis de estudio.

In the report of the research entitled Quality of Attention of the Obstetrics Professionals and Adherence of the pregnant women to their prenatal control in the Acapulco Health Center – Callao, the objective was to characterize the degree of compliance of pregnant women with their prenatal controls and the limitations related to the care received. It is a research with a quantitative, applied, non-experimental, transversal approach. The study population consisted of 40 pregnant women, when applying the calculation formula for two qualitative variables, a sample of 36 was obtained. The pregnant women were surveyed by applying a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and to find the significance of the results the chi-square test was applied When performing the hypothesis test, we had a result of X2 table = 3.84 and X2 test = 12.857, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the study hypothesis.
