La categorización del paciente y la fatiga laboral en el profesional de enfermería del hospital PNP Luis N. Saenz - Lima 2022

Abstract

El estudio de investigación se realizó con el Objetivo de “Determinar la relación que existe entre la categorización del paciente y la fatiga laboral en el profesional de enfermería en el Hospital PNP Luis N. Sáenz Lima 2022.”la Metodología que se desarrollo es de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, su diseño es no experimental, transversal. La población que participo fueron 118 enfermeras, de las cuales la muestra estuvo conformada por 101 enfermeras que trabajan en las áreas de emergencia y hospitalización del HPNP LNS. la técnica para la recolección empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento fueron 2 cuestionarios, uno para la variable categorización del paciente “CUDYR” compuesto de 2 dimensiones y 14 ítems y otro para la variable fatiga laboral “H. Yoshitake” compuesto de 30 ítems. Los datos obtenidos se tabularon con el programa IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Para la prueba de hipótesis se utilizó el coeficiente de relación de Spearman. Se obtuvo como RESULTADOS que del total de pacientes categorizados como alto riesgo y dependencia total el 100% de enfermeras presentaron un nivel de fatiga laboral exesivo, cuando el paciente fue categorizado como máximo riesgo y dependencia total el 70.4% de enfermeras presentaron fatiga laboral excesiva ,cuando el paciente fue categorizado como alto riesgo y dependencia parcial el 53.8% de enfermeras presentaron un nivel de fatiga laboral excesivo, mientras que cuando fue categorizado como mediano riesgo y dependencia total el 88.9% presento un nivel de fatiga laboral moderado. Se llego a la CONCLUSIÓN que existe relación directa moderada entre las variables de la categorización del paciente y la fatiga laboral en el profesional de enfermería del H.PNP.LNS. Lima 2022. A un nivel de significancia 0.05. existe una relación estadísticamente significativa (p< 0.000), afirmando que a mayor sea el nivel de categorización del paciente respecto a su cuidado ,mayor será el nivel de fatiga laboral en el profesional de enfermería.

Yoshitake” composed of 30 items. The data obtained were tabulated with the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. Spearman's ratio coefficient was used for the hypothesis test. It was obtained as RESULTS that of the total number of patients categorized as high risk and total dependence, 100% of nurses presented an excessive level of work fatigue, when the patient was categorized as maximum risk and total dependence, 70.4% of nurses presented excessive work fatigue. when the patient was categorized as high risk and partial dependency, 53.8% of nurses presented an excessive level of work fatigue, while when the patient was categorized as medium risk and total dependency, 88.9% presented a moderate level of work fatigue. The CONCLUSION was reached that there is a moderate direct relationship between the variables of the patient's categorization and work fatigue in the nursing professional of the H.PNP.LNS. Lima 2022. At a significance level of 0.05. there is a statistically significant relationship (p<0.000), stating that the higher the level of categorization of the patient regarding their care, the higher the level of work fatigue in the nursing professional.
