Evaluación total Quality Management en el área de farmacia del hospital Nacional P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz en el año 2024

Abstract

El estudio planteó como finalidad poder “evaluar el Total Quality Management en el área de farmacia del hospital nacional P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz en el año 2024”. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, básico, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo. La muestra final estuvo conformada por de 86 especialistas en salud. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario. Como resultados se reportó que el liderazgo (47,7%), la planificación (45,3%), la gestión de personas (45,3%), la gestión de procesos (51,2%) el enfoque en el paciente (44,2%) y la mejora continua (69,8%), según el análisis del Total Quality Management, era aplicado de forma total en el área farmacia del hospital nacional P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz. Concluyendo que la evaluación del área de farmacia del hospital nacional P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz, bajo el enfoque Total Quality Management, fue positiva con un 46,5% desde el análisis de los trabajadores del lugar de estudio en el año 2024.

The purpose of the study was to ‘evaluate Total Quality Management in the pharmacy area of the national hospital P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz in the year 2024’. The study was quantitative, basic, non experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive. The final sample consisted of 86 health specialists. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results reported that leadership (47.7%), planning (45.3%), people management (45.3%), process management (51.2%), patient focus (44.2%) and continuous improvement (69.8%), according to the analysis of Total Quality Management, were fully applied in the pharmacy area of the national hospital P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz. It was concluded that the evaluation of the pharmacy area of the national hospital P.N.P. Luis N. Sáenz, under the Total Quality Management approach, was positive with 46.5% from the analysis of the workers of the study site in the year 2024.
