Conocimiento y práctica del personal de enfermería sobre el manejo del dolor en el servicio de neonatología de un Hospital Público, Huancayo, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Investigar la relación entre el conocimiento y las prácticas sobre el manejo del dolor en el personal de enfermería del servicio de neonatología de un hospital público, Huancayo - 2024. Método: Se desarrolló bajo un método racional y observacional, siendo cuantitativa, no experimental en su diseño, de tipo aplicada y con un nivel de relación, la muestra fue 97 licenciados que laboran en UCI neonatal del hospital en cuestión. Instrumentos de recolección: El primer instrumento corresponde a un cuestionario que permite evaluar el conocimiento sobre manejo del dolor, conformado por 20 ítems distribuidos en 3 dimensiones, posee validez por juicio de experto y un Alfa de Cronbach = 0.740, en el caso del segundo instrumento corresponde a una lista de cotejo que permite evaluar la práctica sobre manejo de dolor, está compuesto por 10 ítems distribuidos en 3 dimensiones, posee validez por juicio de experto y un Alfa de Cronbach = 0.810, ambos instrumentos de evaluación cuentan con una consistencia interna adecuada, es decir, se pueden aplicar.
