| dc.description.abstract | Objective: To determine the relationship between COVID-19 and the level of protocol compliance among traders at the Arenas de Villa Shopping Center in the district of Villa el Salvador, Lima. Methods: This study used a deductive, basic, qualitative, descriptive, and correlational approach. The sample consisted of 100 traders. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS Statistics. Results: The demographic factors showed that 56% of traders were between 31 and 50 years old, 85% were female, and 56% were from a province. Regarding sociocultural factors, 52% had a high school education, 54% had health insurance, and 72% had a monthly income of 500 to 1000 Peruvian soles. In terms of symptoms of depression, 27% sometimes felt depressed, 37% sometimes had sleep disturbances, 29% sometimes had difficulty with decision-making, 37% sometimes felt a sense of guilt, and 2% sometimes had suicidal thoughts. For minimum distance protocols, 87% always controlled capacity, 98% always had entry and exit signs, 62% always practiced social distancing, and 95% always had people-specific signage. Regarding biosecurity, cleaning, and disinfection, 88% always wore masks, 100% always used safety barriers, 92% always protected their products, 93% always disinfected their hands and footwear, 96% always cleaned and disinfected facilities, and 98% always disinfected their stalls. For waste management, 84% always used appropriate container characteristics, and 46% always sorted waste. Conclusions: It was determined that there is no significant relationship between COVID-19 and the level of protocol compliance. | en_US |

Determinar el nivel de relación entre el covid-19 y el nivel de cumplimiento del protocolo en comerciantes del Centro Comercial Arenas de Villa del distrito de Villa el Salvador, Lima. Métodos. Factor demográfico 56% 31 a 50 años, 85% femenino y 56% provincia; factor sociocultural, 52% secundaria, 54% tuvo seguro de salud, 72% ingreso mensual 500 a 1000 nuevos soles; síntomas de depresión, 27% a veces aspecto deprimido, 37% a veces trastorno del sueño, 29% a veces toma de decisiones, 37% a veces aspecto de culpabilidad, 2% a veces pensamiento suicida; distancia mínima, 87% siempre control de aforo, 98% siempre señalización ingreso y salida, 62% siempre distanciamiento social, 95% siempre señalización de personas; equipamiento de bioseguridad, limpieza y desinfección, 88% siempre uso de mascarilla, 100% siempre barreras de seguridad, 92% siempre protección de productos, 93% siempre desinfección de manos y calzado, 96% siempre limpieza y desinfección de instalaciones, 98% siempre desinfección por local; gestión de residuos, 84% siempre características de contenedor, 46% siempre clasificación de residuos. Conclusiones. Se determinó que no existe relación significativa entre el covid-19 y el nivel de cumplimiento del protocolo. | es_ES |
