Abstract

This research, entitled “Service Quality and User Satisfaction Provided at the Inkafarma Pharmacy in the District of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2023”, has as its general objective to analyze the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction among clients who attend the Inkafarma pharmacy in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. The research method applied was deductive, with a quantitative approach. The research design was non-experimental, since no variables were manipulated. The sample consisted of 385 users who attended the Inkafarma pharmacy and received services at this pharmaceutical establishment. The instrument was validated by experts in the field and was applied directly to the users.

Esta investigación que lleva de título “calidad de servicio y satisfacción que se brinda a los usuarios que acuden a la botica Inkafarma en el distrito de san juan de Lurigancho. Lima 2023” tiene como objetivo general analizar la relación que existe entre calidad de servicio y satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden la botica Inkafarma en el distrito de san juan de Lurigancho. El método de investigación utilizado es deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño de investigación es no experimental ya que no hay manipulación de variables, se utiliza 385 usuarios como muestra que acuden a la botica Inkafarma quienes recibieron atención en dicho establecimiento farmacéutico. El instrumento fue validado por los expertos en el área y es aplicado a los usuarios.
