Calidad de vida profesional y satisfacción laboral en enfermeras emergencistas de un hospital nacional del Callao, Lima – 2025

Abstract

Introducción: El personal de enfermería en las unidades de emergencias enfrenta un entorno de alta demanda que impacta negativamente su bienestar. En el contexto peruano, existe una brecha de conocimiento sobre la interrelación de estas variables en unidades de emergencia de alta complejidad. Objetivo: establecer la vinculación entre la Calidad de Vida Profesional y la Satisfacción Laboral en enfermeras emergencistas del Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Sologuren del Callao, durante el año 2025. Metodología: Se realizará una averiguación de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental, con un diseño descriptivo-correlacional de corte Transeccional. La muestra probabilística estará compuesta por 70 enfermeras del servicio, elegidas a través de un muestreo simple aleatorio. Se utilizarán dos herramientas validadas para el contexto peruano: el Cuestionario de Calidad de Vida Profesional (CVP-35) y la Encuesta de Satisfacción del Personal de Salud (MINSA). Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Los datos serán procesados en el software IBM SPSS Statistics v.26. Se cumplirá con un análisis descriptivo de las variables y sus factores. Para la contrastación de hipótesis, se utilizará el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, estableciendo un nivel de significancia de p<0.05.

Introduction: Nursing staff in emergency services face a high-demand environment that negatively impacts their well-being. In the Peruvian context, there is a knowledge gap regarding the interrelationship of these variables in highly complex emergency units. Objective: To determine the relationship between Professional Quality of Life and Job Satisfaction in emergency nurses at the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren National Hospital in Callao, during the year 2025. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental study will be conducted with a cross-sectional descriptive-correlational design. The probability sample will consist of 70 nurses from the service, selected through simple random sampling. Two instruments validated for the Peruvian context will be used: the Professional Quality of Life Questionnaire (CVP-35) and the Health Personnel Satisfaction Survey (MINSA). Data processing and analysis: The data will be processed in IBM SPSS Statistics v. 26 software. A descriptive analysis of the variables and their dimensions will be performed. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient will be used to test hypotheses, establishing a significance level of p < 0.05.
