Salud mental positiva y calidad de vida profesional del personal de la unidad de cuidados intensivos - Covid en un hospital de Lima, 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre de la salud mental positiva y la calidad de vida profesional del personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos - COVID 19 de un hospital de Lima, 2022. Método: Estudio hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado de alcance correlacional, cuya población y muestra de tipo censal fue aplicado a 104 profesionales de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del área Covid-19 quienes; se emplearon el cuestionario de Salud Mental y la escala de Calidad de vida profesional. Resultados: El análisis descriptivo de Salud Mental Positiva el 88.5% del personal tiene salud mental positiva regular; en la mayoría de las dimensiones de la variable se evidencia que los enfermeros se encontraban en el rango medio de la salud mental positiva; en la calidad de vida profesional se evidenció que el 83.7%de los enfermeros contaban con buena calidad de vida profesional; en el análisis correlacional se obtuvo el Rho de Spearman,521 entre las variables de estudio, es decir, a mayor salud mental positiva habrá mejor calidad de vida profesional y viceversa.

Objective: To determine the relationship between positive mental health and the quality of professional life on of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit - COVID 19 of a hospital in Lima, 2022. Method: Hypothetical deductive study with a quantitative approach, basic type of scope correlational, whose population and census-type sample was applied to 104 nursing professionals from the Intensive Care Unit of the Covid19 area who; the Mental Health questionnaire and the professional life quality scale were used. Results: The descriptive analysis of Positive Mental Health 88.5% of the staff have regular positive mental health; In most of the dimensions of the variable, it is evident that the nurses were in the medium range of positive mental health; in the quality of professional life, it was evidenced that 83.7% of the nurses had a good quality of professional life; In the correlational analysis, Spearman's Rho .521 was obtained between the study variables, that is, the greater the positive mental health, the better the quality of professional life and vice versa.
