Síndrome de Burnout y desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería de central de esterilización de un hospital público nivel II-2, Nuevo Chimbote, 2024

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene el objetivo de “Determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de la central de esterilización de un hospital público nivel II-2, Nuevo Chimbote, 2024”. Materiales y Métodos: Método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y de alcance correlacional. La población serán 50 personas entre enfermeros y técnicos. Se emplearán encuestas para recopilar los datos, para la variable Síndrome de burnout se utilizará como instrumento el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-HSS) y para la segunda variable esempeño, el Cuestionario adaptado de Llagas M. además se validó mediante juicio de especialistas y fiabilidad por Alfa de Cronbach, con valores de 0.94 y 0.93 respectivamente. Los datos se analizarán mediante el Excel y SPSS, para obtener datos descriptivos e inferenciales mediante la prueba de normalidad de Shapiro Wilk, de obtener resultados P <005 se utilizará la prueba no paramétrica o la correlación de error de Spearman, si P>005 se aplicará la prueba paramétrica y la correlación de Pearson para conocer la asociación de las variables.

The present study aims to "Determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance of nursing staff at the sterilization center of a public hospital level II-2, Nuevo Chimbote, 2024". Materials and Methods: Hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative, cross sectional and correlational approach. The population will be 50 people between nurses and technicians. Surveys will be used to collect data, for the variable Burnout syndrome the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-HSS) questionnaire will be used as an instrument and for the second variable performance, the Questionnaire adapted from Llagas M. It was also validated by specialist judgment and reliability by Cronbach's Alpha, with values of 0.94 and 0.93 respectively. The data will be analyzed using Excel and SPSS to obtain descriptive and inferential data using the Shapiro Wilk normality test. If results are P <005, the nonparametric test or Spearman's error correlation will be used. If P>005, the parametric test and Pearson's correlation will be used to determine the association of the variables.
