Relación entre adherencia y cumplimiento, del método anticonceptivo hormonal de implante subcutáneo, en usuarias del servicio de obstetricia en el Centro de Salud Gustavo Lanatta Luján, 2023 – 2024

Abstract

El objetivo planteado en mi estudio se basa en determinar la relación entre adherencia con cumplimiento, con respecto al método anticonceptivo hormonal de implante subcutáneo, en las usuarias del servicio de Obstetricia en el Centro de Salud Gustavo Lanatta Luján, durante el lapso de los años 2023 – 2024. La metodología empleada consistió en el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, diseño no experimental, corte transversal, nivel correlacional, método hipotético-deductivo, técnica de la encuesta, cuestionarios con escala Likert a modo de instrumentos, dirigida a una muestra probabilística para 58 usuarias del servicio de Obstetricia Los resultados mostraron que, conforme a un nivel de significancia de 0,05 se encontró un p valor = 0,045 y una correlación Rho de Spearman = 0,265*, debido a lo cual se aceptó la hipótesis alternativa. Se concluyo la adherencia se relaciona de manera directa y considerablemente con el cumplimiento, con respecto al método anticonceptivo hormonal de implante subcutáneo, en las usuarias del servicio de Obstetricia en el Centro de Salud Gustavo Lanatta Luján, durante el periodo 2023 – 2024. La relación es baja.

The objective of my study was to determine the relationship between adherence and compliance with the subcutaneous hormonal contraceptive implant among users of the Obstetrics Service at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center during the period 2023–2024. The methodology used consisted of a quantitative approach, a basic approach, a non experimental design, a cross-sectional approach, a correlational approach, a hypothetical deductive approach, a survey technique, and questionnaires with a Likert scale as instruments. The study was conducted with a probability sample of 58 users of the Obstetrics Service at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center for the years 2023–2024. The results showed that, at a significance level of 0.05, a p-value of 0.045 and a Spearman's Rho correlation of 0.265* were found, thus accepting the alternative hypothesis. It was concluded that adherence is directly and significantly related to compliance with the subcutaneous implant hormonal contraceptive method in users of the Obstetrics service at the Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center during the period 2023-2024. The relationship is low.
