Peritaje de drogas sintéticas por cromatografía de gases y su relacion con el proceso penal por tráfico ilícito de drogas, Lima 2021

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relación del peritaje de drogas sintéticas por cromatografía de gases con el proceso penal por tráfico ilícito de Drogas, en la Dirección de Criminalística PNP 2021. Este estudio, empleó el método deductivo a fin de validar la hipótesis general y las específicas, correspondiendo a un diseño de investigación de tipo básica y de clase no experimental, transversal, correlacional y causal, determinando así, el grado de relación entre las variables: cromatografía de gases y proceso penal por tráfico ilícito de drogas. La muestra de estudio, estuvo conformada por ochenta peritos del Sistema Criminalístico Policial, que efectúan el pesaje y análisis de drogas, seleccionados en base a criterios de inclusión y exclusión; dicha muestra fue sometida a la técnica de encuesta, aplicando como instrumento de recolección de datos, cuestionarios de escala politómica, tipo Likert, diseñado con indicadores específicos para cada una de las variables. Gracias a ello, se llegó a concluir que: existe relación moderada a nivel de 0,592 con un valor de P igual a 0,000 según el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, entre el peritaje de drogas sintéticas por cromatografía de gases y Proceso penal por tráfico ilícito de drogas en la Dirección de Criminalística PNP 2021, aceptándose con esto la hipótesis general en base a los resultados obtenidos. Adicionalmente, se descubrió que, la variable Proceso penal por tráfico ilícito de drogas tiene una relación directamente proporcional con las dimensiones Análisis cualitativo, análisis cuantitativo y fundamentos científicos.

The objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship of the expert opinion of synthetic drugs by gas chromatography with the criminal process for illicit drug trafficking, in the Directorate of Criminalistics PNP 2021. This study used the deductive method in order to validate the general and specific hypotheses, corresponding to a research design of a basic type and a non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational and causal type, thus determining the degree of relationship between the variables: gas chromatography and criminal proceedings for illicit drug trafficking. The study sample was made up of eighty experts from the Police Criminal System, who carry out the weighing and analysis of drugs, selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria; This sample was subjected to the survey technique, applying as a data collection instrument, polytomous scale questionnaires, Likert type, designed with specific indicators for each of the variables. Thanks to this, it was concluded that: there is a moderate relationship at a level of 0.592 with a P value equal to 0.000 according to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, between the expert opinion of synthetic drugs by gas chromatography and Criminal proceedings for illicit trafficking of drugs in the Directorate of Criminalistics PNP 2021, thereby accepting the general hypothesis based on the results obtained. Additionally, it was discovered that the variable Criminal process for illicit drug trafficking has a directly proportional relationship with the dimensions Qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and scientific foundations.
