Conocimientos sobre la enfermedad renal y su relación con el autocuidado que realizan los pacientes en tratamiento de hemodiálisis del Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Callao– 2024

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación a realizarse tendrá como objetivo: “Determinar la relación del nivel de conocimientos sobre la enfermedad renal y el autocuidado que realizan los pacientes en tratamiento de hemodiálisis en un hospital Nacional de Lima 2024”. Metodología: En cuanto a la metodología el estudio será hipotético-deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada y alcance correlacional. Respecto a la población se conformará por 150 pacientes que reciben hemodiálisis siendo participes del estudio mediante encuestas validadas aquellos que se encuentren dentro de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Resultados: Se analizarán mediante el programa SPSS y las tablas y frecuencias en Word 2020, así mismo para el análisis estadístico de relación entre nivel de conocimiento y autocuidado se dará aplicando el coeficiente Rho de Spearman.

The objective of the research project to be carried out will be: “To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about kidney disease and the selfcare carried out by patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment in a National Hospital in Lima 2024.” Methodology: Regarding the methodology, the study will be hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type and correlational scope. Regarding the population, it will be made up of 150 patients who receive hemodialysis, with those who fall within the inclusion and exclusion criteria participating in the study through validated surveys. Results: They will be analyzed using the SPSS program and the tables and frequencies in Word 2020, likewise for the statistical analysis of the relationship between level of knowledge and self-care it will be done by applying Spearman's Rho coefficient.
