Este proyecto tiene como objetivo general: Determinar cuál es la relación entre calidad de atención de la Enfermera y la satisfacción de las Madres de niños menores de 4 años en el Consultorio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo de un Puesto de Salud de Jaén. Metodología: El metodo de estudio es hipotético deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, descriptivo correlacional. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 86 madres de niños infantes de 4 años en el Consultorio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, el instrumento es el cuestionario, para la primera variabe; Calidad de atención de la enfermera se tuvo encuenta 3 dimensiones y 20 items, dicho instrumento fue elaborado por Carmona (2015), adaptado y validado por Cerna y Ruiz (2020), con respecto a la segunda variable satisfaccion de las madres con niños menores de 4 años en el consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo, consta de 3 dimesiones con 18 items, el instrumento se realizó en Perú en el año 2020, fue utilizada por Cerna y Ruiz año 2020, verificado por juicio de expertos integrado por 2 jueces. La Información recopilada, se trasladó al registro en hoja de cálculo, utilizando el Software Estadístico SPSS de la versión 25, se aplicó la prueba de “rho spearman”, por ello justificar la relación entre las dos variables y demostrar el nivel de significancia estadística, en donde, si p<0.05, nos da entender, que existe una relación significativa en ambas variables.

The general objective of this project is: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers of children under 4 years of age in the Growth and Development Clinic of a Health Post in Jaén. Methodology: The study method is hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, non experimental cross-sectional design, correlational descriptive. The population and sample were made up of 86 mothers of 4-year-old infants in the Growth and Development Clinic. The technique used was the survey, the instrument is the questionnaire, for the first variable; Quality of nursing care, 3 dimensions and 20 items were taken into account. This instrument was developed by Carmona (2015), adapted and validated by Cerna and Ruiz (2020), with respect to the second variable, satisfaction of mothers with children under age. 4 years in the growth and development clinic, it consists of 3 dimensions with 18 items, the instrument was carried out in Peru in 2020, it was used by Cerna and Ruiz year 2020, verified by expert judgment made up of 2 judges. The information collected was transferred to the record in a spreadsheet, using the SPSS Statistical Software version 25, the “RHO SPEARMAN” test was applied, to justify the relationship between the two variables and demonstrate the level of statistical significance. where, if p<0.05, it gives us to understand that there is a significant relationship in both variables.
