Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre los hábitos alimentarios con el perímetro abdominal en los socios de la cooperativa de servicios especiales del mercado el Ermitaño LTDA Independencia 2024. La metodología empleada fue de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental transversal. Como resultados se halló que el 7%, 71% y 22% de los socios del mercado cooperativo el Ermitaño LTDA. Independencia, indicaron que tienen un excelente, bueno y deficiente hábito alimenticio de tipo saludable respectivamente; asimismo, el 60% y 40% y de los socios tienen un deficiente y moderado hábito alimenticio no saludable respectivamente; por otro lado, el 32%, 32% y 36% de los socios varones tienen un perímetro abdominal normal, de riesgo elevado y riesgo muy elevado en su salud respectivamente y el 1%, 18% y 81% de los socias mujeres.
