Programa de intervención Yo Soy mejora el liderazgo pedagógico y el desempeño docente, en instituciones educativas de Lima - 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación abordo las variables: Programa de Intervención “YO SOY”, Liderazgo Pedagógico y Desempeño Docente; el cual tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida el programa de intervención “YO SOY” mejora el Liderazgo Pedagógico y el Desempeño Docente, en Instituciones Educativas en Lima – 2021. Siguió el método hipotético- deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada y un diseño experimental: cuasi-experimental, utilizando las técnicas de encuesta y observación, así como los instrumentos un cuestionario y la ficha de observación adaptados y validados a través del juicio de expertos; para el desarrollo del programa de intervención se contó con dos grupos: un grupo control y un grupo experimental a quienes se les brindo 30 sesiones de aprendizaje, en donde se reforzó las dos variables en los docentes, empleándose el programa SPSS versión 25 y el uso del programa Microsoft Excel para el procesamiento. Dentro de los resultados se observa que el valor de significancia obtenido a través de la prueba estadística no paramétrica de la U de Man Whitney el cual fue de 0,000; rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna donde el programa de intervención “YO SOY” mejoró el Liderazgo Pedagógico y Desempeño Docente, con respecto a las hipótesis especificas se obtuvo el valor de significancia fue de 0,000; por último, se concluye que el programa de intervención “YO SOY” mejoró el Liderazgo Pedagógico y Desempeño Docente en instituciones educativas, en Lima – 2021.

This research work addressed the variables: Intervention Program "I AM", Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance; which aimed to determine to what extent the intervention program "I AM" improves Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance, in Educational Institutions in Lima - 2021. It followed the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative, applied and an experimental design: a quasi-experimental, using survey and observation techniques, as well as the instruments a questionnaire and the observation sheet adapted and validated through the judgment of experts; For the development of the intervention program, there were two groups: a control group and an experimental group who received 30 learning sessions, where the two variables were reinforced in the teachers, using the SPSS version 25 program and the use of of the Microsoft Excel program for processing. Within the results, it is observed that the significance value obtained through the non-parametric statistical test of the Man Whitney U, which was 0.000; rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis where the intervention program "I AM" improved Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance, with respect to the specific hypotheses, the significance value was 0.000; Finally, it is concluded that the intervention program "I AM" improved Pedagogical Leadership and Teaching Performance in educational institutions, in Lima - 2021.
