Nivel de conocimientos y prácticas del cuidado de la fistula arteriovenosa en pacientes de hemodiálisis del Hospital de Ica 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y las prácticas del cuidado de la fistula arteriovenosa en pacientes de hemodiálisis del Hospital de Ica 2024”. Metodología: El estudio tendrá como método el hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño será no experimental, observacional y nivel correlacional, la población estará conformada por el total de 126 pacientes con enfermedad renal que se dializan el servicio de diálisis del Hospital de Ica en el mes julio del 2024, de la cual se obtendrá una muestra de 95 pacientes a través del muestreo no probabilístico, además se utilizarán criterios de inclusión o exclusión. Los datos se recolectaran teniendo como técnica la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento, creados por la Lic. Cecilia Noemi Euribe Puma, el de la primera variable estará conformada por 16 ítems, la dimensión reconocimiento de signos de alarma estará conformada por 5 ítems, la dimensión situación de riesgo tendrá 7 ítems y finalmente la dimensión higiene tendrá 4 ítems; para la segunda variable se utilizará un cuestionario de 10 ítems para evaluar la práctica, esta tendrá 6 ítems para la dimensión mantenimiento y funcionamiento y para la dimensión protección constará de 4 ítems, las cuales tendrán como alternativas de respuestas el tipo politómica con 3 alternativas; si (2), a veces (1) y no (0), además estos fueron validados a través de la Prueba binomial con la participación de 5 expertos en el tema, obteniendo un valor de 0.0398 siendo válido, por otro lado, la confiabilidad se alcanzó utilizando el Coeficiente del Alfa de Cronbach con un valor de 0.83 para el primer instrumento y 0.86 para el segundo instrumento, siendo confiable. Para el análisis en primer lugar se codificarán las respuestas y luego serán ingresados en la base de datos SPSS versión 25 para obtener los gráficos y tablas a través de la estadística descriptiva y realizar el posterior análisis utilizando la estadística inferencial para realizar la contrastación de hipótesis.

Data will be collected using the survey and questionnaire as a technical instrument, created by Ms. Cecilia Noemi Euribe Puma, the first variable will be made up of 16 items, the recognition dimension of warning signs was made up of 5 items, the risk situation dimension had 7 items and finally the hygiene dimension had 4 items; for the second variable a 10 item questionnaire will be used to evaluate the practice, this had 6 items for the maintenance and operation dimension and for the protection dimension it consisted of 4 items, which had as alternatives of answers the polytomic type with 3 alternatives; if (2), sometimes (1) and not (0), in addition these were validated through the Binomial test with the participation of 5 experts in the subject, obtaining a value of 0.0398 being valid, on the other hand, reliability was achieved using the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient with a value of 0.83 for the first instrument and 0.86 for the second instrument, being reliable. For analysis first the answers will be coded and then entered into the SPSS version 25 database to obtain the graphs and tables through the descriptive statistics and perform the subsequent analysis using inferential statistics to perform the Hypothesis testing.
