Nivel de conocimiento de almacenamiento estratégico y la organización de fármacos en una cadena de boticas de Villa María del Triunfo 2021

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene por objetivo establecer la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento de almacenamiento estratégico y la organización de fármacos en una cadena de boticas de Villa María del Triunfo 2021. La Metodología usada es de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, de diseño no experimental, transversal. La población estuvo compuesta por 60 trabajadores de boticas y la muestra de 53 participantes. La técnica fue la encuesta y la observación, mientras que los instrumentos fueron un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo. En los resultados se encontró que existe relación directa y significativa entre nivel de conocimiento de infraestructura (rho=0.332), el nivel de conocimiento sobre características básicas para almacenar fármacos (rho=0.447), el nivel de conocimiento sobre el recurso humano (rho=0.311) y la organización de fármacos en trabajadores de una cadena de boticas (p<0.05); sin embargo, la seguridad no se relacionó con la organización de fármacos en trabajadores. Se concluye que existe relación directa (rho=0.487), débil y significativa (p=0.000) entre el nivel de conocimiento de almacenamiento estratégico y la organización de fármacos en trabajadores de una cadena de boticas de Villa María del Triunfo 2021.

This research aims to establish the relationship between the level of knowledge of strategic storage and the organization of drugs in a pharmacy chain in Villa María del Triunfo 2021. The Methodology used is of an applied type, with a quantitative, correlational, nonexperimental, transversal design. The population consisted of 60 apothecary workers and the sample of 53 participants. The technique was the survey and observation, while the instruments were a questionnaire and a checklist. In the results, it was found that there is a direct and significant relationship between the level of knowledge of infrastructure (rho=0.332), the level of knowledge about basic characteristics to store drugs (rho=0.447), the level of knowledge about human resources (rho= 0.311) and the organization of drugs in workers of a pharmacy chain (p<0.05); however, safety was not related to drug organization in workers. It is concluded that there is a direct relationship (rho=0.487), weak and significant (p=0.000) between the level of knowledge of strategic storage and the organization of drugs in workers of a pharmacy chain in Villa María del Triunfo 2021.
