Estrategias de afrontamiento y estrés en las enfermeras que laboran en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital público de Lima, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre las estrategias de afrontamiento y el estrés en las enfermeras intensivistas”. Metodología: Es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, hipotético-deductivo, no experimental, transversal y de nivel correlacional. Población: Conformado por 89 enfermeras intensivistas. Técnica e instrumentos: Se manejará como técnica la encuesta, se aplicarán dos cuestionarios, uno para medir las estrategias de afrontamiento Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced (COPE) y la Perceived Stressors in Intensive Care Units (PS-ICU) para el estrés, lo cual presenta una confiabilidad α de cronbach de 0,81 y 0,95 correspondientemente. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Las respuestas recopiladas serán trasladadas al programa Excel para su categorización de datos que seguidamente será procesado mediante el programa SPSS versión 27 y el análisis se concretará con la prueba estadística Rho Spearman.

Technique and instruments: The survey will be handled as a technique, two questionnaires will be applied, one to measure coping strategies Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced (COPE) and the Perceived Stressors in Intensive Care Units (PS-ICU) for stress, which presents a cronbach's α reliability of 0.81 and 0.95 correspondingly. Data processing and analysis: The collected responses will be transferred to the Excel program for data categorization which will then be processed using the SPSS version 27 program and the analysis will be concretized with the Rho Spearman statistical test.
