Estrés laboral y calidad de vida en enfermeros del centro quirúrgico en un hospital de Lima Este, 2024

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene por objetivo, determinar la relación del estrés laboral y calidad de vida en enfermeros del centro quirúrgico en un hospital de Lima este, 2024. Estudio de método hipotético - deductivo descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado, con diseño no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, su población y muestra será de 90 profesionales de enfermería de un hospital de Lima este. La técnica a usar será la encuesta siendo el instrumento dos cuestionarios, para la variable estrés laboral es el “Inventario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) con 22 ítems, y para la variable calidad de vida, se empleará el Cuestionario Calidad de Vida Profesional (CVP)-35 con 35 ítems, la confiabilidad para la primera variable según alfa de Cronbach es de 0.80, y para la segunda variable es 0.92. Se coordinará con hospital de Lima Este mediante una carta de presentación en donde se solicitará la autorización para aplicar las encuestas. Para el procesamiento y análisis de la información se organizará empleando el paquete estadístico SPSS aplicando la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, para la contratación de las hipótesis se empleará el estadígrafo de chi cuadrado.

The objective of this project is to determine the relationship between work stress and quality of life in nurses at the surgical center in a hospital in eastern Lima, 2024. Study of hypothetical method - descriptive deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, with non-experimental design cross-sectional correlational, its population and sample will be 90 nursing professionals from a hospital in eastern Lima. The technique to be used will be the survey, the instrument being two questionnaires, for the work stress variable it is the “Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) with 22 items, and for the quality of life variable, the Professional Quality of Life Questionnaire will be used (CVP)-35 with 35 items, the reliability for the first variable according to Cronbach's alpha is 0.80, and for the second variable it is 0.92. It will be coordinated with the Lima Este hospital through a cover letter where authorization to apply the surveys will be requested. For the processing and analysis of the information, it will be organized using the SPSS statistical package, applying descriptive and inferential statistics; the chi-square statistician will be used to contract the hypotheses.
