Aplicación de las herramientas digitales y recursos web 2.0 para el logro de competencias digitales de los docentes del instituto de educación superior privado de formación bancaria – Lima, 2014

Abstract

La investigación cuyo título es Uso de Herramientas digitales y recursos Web 2.0 para el logro de competencias digitales en los docentes del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado de Formación Bancaria – Lima, 2014. El propósito del estudio fue verificar el uso de herramientas tecnológicas de los docentes en sus actividades diarias, así mismo los estudiantes indican que existe poco interés en el cumplimiento de sus trabajos, los docentes del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado de Formación Bancaria CERTUS del año académico 2014, de Lima es la falta de capacitación y actualización en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas y métodos pedagógicos que ayuden al desarrollo de la clase, esto debido a la falta de asesoramiento académico con respecto a la utilidad que podría tener esta herramienta provocando una insuficiente coordinación académica que dificulta la generación de nuevos modelos de compartir información, la metodología a utilizar para el estudio se aplicó métodos y técnicas de recolección de información con encuestas dirigidas a los docentes de la institución como población del estudio, además se empleó herramientas ofimáticas de aplicación estadística para tener un mejor análisis de los resultados, luego se procedió a la elaboración de Plan de capacitación sobre el manejo de las herramientas web 2.0 para los docentes del Instituto de Educación Superior Privado de Formación Bancaria CERTUS, de esta manera se ayuda al mejoramiento del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje para los docentes en los estudiantes de la institución educativa, ya que al fortalecer el uso y empleo de herramientas digitales y recursos web 2.0 permitirá progresar en la actualización de nuevos contenidos para actividades curriculares en las diferentes unidades didácticas, con esto se logrará mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje además del uso de contenidos educativos que aporten a la interacción y comunicación entre el docente y el estudiante.
