Satisfacción laboral y desempeño del personal de enfermería en centro quirúrgico del Hospital Lima Este Vitarte, Lima-2024

Abstract

La investigación descrita tiene como principal objetivo: determinar la relación de satisfacción laboral con desempeño de personal enfermería en centro quirúrgico del Hospital de Lima Este Vitarte. Material y método. El estudio es enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, método hipotético-deductivo y diseño no experimental - transversal y nivel descriptivo-correlacional, muestra de tipo finita, la población es toda la muestra, corresponde a 80 trabajadoras enfermería de sala de operaciones del Hospital Lima Este Vitarte, se utilizará el cuestionario y la encuesta como instrumento y técnica respectivamente para las pesquisas en la recolección de datos. La variable satisfacción laboral tiene las dimensiones siguientes: Significación de la tarea, Condiciones de trabajo, Reconocimiento personal y/o social y Beneficios económicos, mientras que la variable desempeño laboral presenta las dimensiones: Proactividad, Capacidad de servicio, Conocimientos y Diligencia en el trabajo.

The main objective of the described research is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and nursing staff performance in the surgical center of the Lima Este Vitarte Hospital. Materials and methods. The study uses a quantitative approach, applied methodology, hypothetico-deductive method, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design with a descriptive-correlational level. The sample is finite. The population is the entire sample, corresponding to 80 nursing staff in the operating room of the Lima Este Vitarte Hospital. A questionnaire and a survey will be used as the research instrument and technique, respectively, for data collection. The variable job satisfaction has the following dimensions: Meaning of the task, Working conditions, Personal and/or social recognition, and Economic benefits. The variable job performance has the following dimensions: Proactivity, Service capacity, Knowledge, and Diligence at work.
