Apoyo familiar y afrontamiento del estrés en pacientes con hemodiálisis de una clínica privada de Lima, 2025

Abstract

El estudio tiene el propósito de poder determinar el nivel de conexión entre el apoyo de la familia y el afrontamiento del estrés en pacientes del servicio de hemodiálisis, el estudio es de tipo aplicada, con una evaluación de las variables de manera cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental con una población de 115 pacientes en hemodiálisis y la muestra por 89 pacientes y como instrumentos se utilizarán cuestionarios a través de la técnica de la encuesta. Luego de la recolección de datos se obtendrá información que será encriptada y documentada en una matriz de información, que será analizada de manera estadística con el programa SPPS versión 26.0 en un nivel descriptivo e inferencial, siendo la última por medio del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Esta permitirá verificar la validez y exactitud de las hipótesis planteadas, asimismo se considerará los principios éticos para proteger la integridad, identidad y bienestar de la muestra participante y la autoría académica.

The purpose of the study is to determine the level of connection between family support and coping with stress in patients in the hemodialysis service, the study is of an applied type, with an evaluation of the variables in a quantitative way, with a non-experimental design with a population of 115 patients on hemodialysis and the sample by 89 patients and as instruments questionnaires will be used through the technique of the survey. After data collection, information will be obtained that will be encrypted and documented in an information matrix, which will be statistically analyzed with the SPPS version 26.0 program at a descriptive and inferential level, the latter being through Spearman's correlation coefficient. This will allow the validity and accuracy of the hypotheses raised to be verified, as well as the ethical principles to protect the integrity, identity and well-being of the participating sample and academic authorship will be considered.
