Tolerancia a la frustración y ansiedad en estudiantes de un instituto privado de Ayacucho 2025

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la tolerancia a la frustración y la ansiedad en estudiantes de un liceo privado de Ayacucho, 2025. La metodología fue cuantitativa, básica y de diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 278 estudiantes y el muestreo fue no probabilístico, tipo conveniencia. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Tolerancia a la Frustración (ETAF) y el Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck, ambos válidos y confiables en el contexto peruano. Los resultados indican que existió una relación negativa significativa entre la tolerancia a la frustración y la ansiedad (rho = -0,274, p < 0,05) en la muestra de estudio. En cuanto a las dimensiones, se encontró una relación negativa significativa entre la tolerancia a la frustración y los factores fisiológicos (rho = -.241, p < 0.05) y cognitivo afectivos (rho = -.275, p = < 0.05). Se concluyó que, a mayor tolerancia a la frustración, menor probabilidad de presentar conductas ansiógenas.

The objective was to determine the relationship between frustration tolerance and anxiety in students of a private high school in Ayacucho 2025. The methodology was quantitative, basic and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 278 students and the sampling was non-probabilistic, convenience type. The instruments applied were the Frustration Tolerance Scale (ETAF) and the Beck Anxiety Inventory. The results indicate that there was a significant negative relationship between frustration tolerance and anxiety (rho = - 0.274, p < 0.05) in the study sample. Regarding the dimensions, a significant negative relationship was found between frustration tolerance and physiological (rho = -.241, p < 0.05) and cognitive-affective factors (rho = -.275, p = < 0.05). It was concluded that the higher the frustration tolerance, the lower the probability of presenting anxiogenic behaviours.
