El informe pericial de autenticidad de firmas y su relación con delitos de falsificación de documentos en expedientes judiciales en la corte superior de Justicia de Lima, sede comerciales 2017-2019

Abstract

El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar la relación del informe pericial de autenticidad de firmas con el delito de falsificación de documentos en expedientes judiciales en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima Sede Comerciales, 2017-2019. Con respecto a la metodología, el estudio fue cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Asimismo, la muestra estuvo conformada 18 expedientes judiciales de delitos de falsificación de documentos en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, en el periodo 2017- 2019, para recolectar la información se usó la técnica de la observación para lo cual se elaboraron dos listas de cotejo o chequeo y para responder a los objetivos e hipótesis se usó el estadístico de correlación Rho de Spearman. Los resultados mostraron que el informe pericial de autenticidad de firmas no está relacionado significativamente con el delito de falsificación de documentos (p=0.668, Rho=- 0.108). Además, las características generales (p=0.353 5, Rho=-0.233), las muestras materia de estudio (p=0.556 5, Rho=0.149), el análisis grafotécnico de firmas (p=0.799 5, Rho=-0.064) y las apreciaciones finales del informe pericial de autenticidad de firmas (p=0.269 5, Rho=0.275), no están relacionados significativamente con el delito de falsificación de documentos Concluyendo, que el informe pericial de autenticidad de firmas no se relaciona significativamente con el delito de falsificación de documentos en expedientes judiciales de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, 2017-2019.

The main objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship of the expert report on the authenticity of signatures with the crime of falsification of documents in judicial files in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima Commercial Headquarters, 2017-2019. Regarding the methodology, the study was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational. Likewise, the sample consisted of 18 judicial records of crimes of falsification of documents in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, in the period 2017-2019, to collect the information, the observation technique was used, for which two lists of collation or check and to answer the objectives and hypotheses, the Spearman's Rho correlation statistic was used. The results showed that the expert signature authenticity report is not significantly related to the crime of falsifying documents (p = 0.668, Rho = -0.108).
