Ortostatismo prolongado y varices de miembros inferiores del personal de enfermería de sala de operaciones, en un hospital de Lima 2025

Abstract

La investigación se ejecutó con el propósito de “Determinar la relación del ortostatismo prolongado y las varices de miembros inferiores del personal de enfermería de sala de operaciones, en un hospital de Lima 2025”. La metodología se basará en hipotética deductiva, de nivel4 correlacional, con diseño no experimental4, con enfoque cuantitativo y el tipo será aplicada. La muestra será censal de 80 profesionales de enfermería, a quienes se aplicará 2 instrumentos para evaluar el ortostatismo prolongado de 16 ítems con 4 dimensiones que serán molestias causadas por estar de pie, tiempo que permanece de pie, el tiempo de descanso y condiciones del ambiente de trabajo, y otro para medir las varices en miembros inferiores de 10 ítems con 2 dimensiones: desarrollo de várices y manifestaciones clínicas de várices, ambos del autor Flores. El procesamiento de los datos se realizará con el software SPSS. Asimismo, mediante figuras y tablas se realizará un análisis descriptivo, seguido de un “análisis inferencial” con la prueba no paramétrica de Kolmogorov-Smirnov y dependiendo de la distribución de los datos, se Empleará la correlación de Pearson.

The research was carried out with the purpose of "Determining the relationship between prolonged orthostatism and varicose veins in lower limbs of operating room nursing staff, in a hospital in Lima 2025." The methodology will be “hypothetical – deductive”, correlational level4, with a non-experimental design4, with a quantitative approach and the type will be applied. The evaluation of the data will be carried out using SPSS version 27 software. Likewise, a descriptive analysis will be carried out using figures and tables, followed by an “inferential analysis” with the non-parametric Kolmogorov Smirnov test and depending on the distribution of data, Spearman's Rho test or Pearson's evaluation will be used.
