Estilos de vida y su relación con el riesgo cardiovascular en el profesional de enfermería de un hospital de Essalud Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objetivos: “Determinar la relación que existen entre los estilos de vida y el riesgo cardiovascular en el profesional de enfermería”, muestras de 100 enfermeros, de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del HNERM. Diseño Metodológico: transversal, correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Estilos de vida” se utilizará el “Cuestionario de Estilos de Vida basado en la Guía ACC/AHA 2019” adaptado por Matamoros con una confiabilidad por Alpha Cronbach en 0.72 en evaluar “Riesgo Cardiovascular” utilizaremos la calculadora en Riesgo Cardiovascular OMS. Se usará como técnica en la toma de la información mediante encuestas. Los análisis estadísticos: El análisis univariado haremos mediante tablas de frecuencia en variable categórica mediante medida de tendencia central y dispersiones (medias, medianas, desviaciones estándar y rangos intercuartílicos) en la variable numérica. La normalidad de estas últimas será evaluada mediante la “prueba de Shapiro-Wilk”. En análisis bivariados, evaluaremos las relaciones de variables principales utilizando pruebas de correlaciones. Si las variables dan como resultado distribuciones normales, aplicaremos correlaciones de Pearson; en su defecto, desarrollaremos mediante correlación Rho de Spearman. La significancia estadística se establecerá en p < 0.05.

Objective: “To determine the relationship between lifestyle habits and cardiovascular risk in nursing professionals.” The population consists of 100 nursing profesional in work in this Intensive Care Unit on HNERM. Samples: this entires populations. Methodological Design: cross-sectional and correlational. Instruments: To assess the variable “Lifestyle Habits,” the “Lifestyle Questionnaire based on the ACC/AHA 2019 Guideline,” adapted by Matamoros the Cronbach’s Alpha reliability in 0.72, Wells be uses. To assess this variables “Cardiovascular Risk,” the WHO Cardiovascular Risk Calculator will be used. A survey will be used as the data collection technique. Statistical processing and data analysis: The univariate analysis will be carried out usings frequencys table in categorical variable the measure of centrales tendence and dispersion (mean, median, standard deviation, and interquartile range) for numerical variables. The normality of the latter will be evaluated using the Shapiro–Wilk test. For the bivariate analysis, the relationship between the main variables will be assessed using correlation tests. If the variables show a normal distribution, Pearson’s correlation will be applied; otherwise, Spearman’s Rho correlations will be use. Statistical significances will be set p < 0.005.
