Calidad de vida y autocuidado en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en estadio V del Hospital Militar Central de Lima, 2025

Abstract

La disertación tiene el propósito de evaluar el nivel de relación entre la calidad de vida de los pacientes renales nivel V, con el nivel de autocuidado que presentan, esto con una investigación correlacional, cuantitativa y no experimental siendo un estudio aplicado, se trabajara con 85 pacientes antes mencionados que se atienden en el Hospital Militar Central Coronel Luis Arias Schereiber, Lima 2025, que participaran por medio del uso de dos fichas de observación. Tras su implementación, se procederá a recolectar las contestaciones, las cuales se codificarán y organizarán en un repositorio para su posterior procesamiento estadístico mediante el SPSS 26.0, aplicando técnicas de índole descriptiva e inferencial, siendo esta última efectuada mediante Rho de Spearman, herramienta que facilitará la comprobación y certeza de las hipótesis planteadas, permitiendo así emitir las conclusiones derivadas del análisis de los fenómenos en investigación.

The purpose of the dissertation is to evaluate the level of relationship between the quality of life of level V renal patients, with the level of self-care they present, this with a correlational, quantitative and non-experimental research being an applied study, it will work with 85 patients mentioned above who are treated at the Colonel Luis Arias Schereiber Central Military Hospital, Lima 2025, who will participate through the use of two observation cards. After its implementation, the answers will be collected, which will be coded and organized in a repository for subsequent statistical processing using SPSS 26.0, applying descriptive and inferential techniques, the latter being carried out using Spearman's Rho, a tool that will facilitate the verification and certainty of the hypotheses raised, thus allowing the conclusions derived from the analysis of the phenomena under investigation to be issued.
