Motivación y satisfacción laboral del personal asistencial de terapia física y rehabilitación de un hospital de IV nivel de Lima

Abstract

Esta indagación tiene el fin de determinar la relación entre motivación y satisfacción laboral del personal asistencial de terapia física y rehabilitación del hospital de IV nivel de Lima. El método de investigación es hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo básico, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y correlacional. Se realizo el estudio con una población conformado por 135 profesionales asistenciales, de los cuales 40 son médicos fisiatras, 74 licenciados y 21 técnicos de terapia física, con una muestra de 100 profesionales, Se aplicaron como instrumentos la Escala de Motivación Laboral (ML) de Steers y Braunstein (1976) adaptado en dos ocasiones en Perú por Palma, (2000) y Ventura (2018) y el Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral (SL-SPC) de Sonia Palma (2006).

This research aims to determine the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction among physical therapy and rehabilitation staff at a Level IV hospital in Lima. The study followed a hypothetico-deductive, quantitative-basic method, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design.

The study was conducted with a population of 135 healthcare professionals, including 40 physiatrists, 74 licensed therapists, and 21 physical therapy technicians. A sample of 100 professionals was selected. The instruments used were the Work Motivation Scale (ML) by Steers and Braunstein (1976), adapted twice in Peru by Palma (2000) and Ventura (2018), and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (SL-SPC) by Sonia Palma (2006).
