Factores asociados a la adherencia de suplementación con hierro en madres con niños menores de 36 meses en el centro de salud Puerto Supe, Lima – 2024

Abstract

Este proyecto buscará determinar la relación de los factores asociados a la adherencia de suplementación con hierro en madres de menores de 36 meses en el centro de salud Puerto Supe, Lima, 2024. El estudio utilizará el procedimiento hipotético y deductivo, será cuantitativo, tipo aplicado y no experimental. Tanto la población, así como la muestra, serán 106 mamás, cuyos hijos son menores de 36 meses y que se encuentran adscritos según padrón nominal al centro de salud de Puerto Supe. Los instrumentos a utilizar serán 2 cuestionarios con la técnica encuesta, el primero se adoptó de Leyva (25) y el siguiente de Farfán (40). Una vez aplicados los instrumentos y recopilada la base de datos, los datos se trasladarán a Excel, teniendo en cuenta variables implicadas. Seguido se realizará la prueba de análisis de los datos, a través de la estadística básica, donde se utilizará la prueba de Fisher. El programa estadístico SPSSS se utilizará para analizar los datos y mostrar los resultados en tablas y gráficos.

This project will seek to determine the relationship between the factors associated with the adherence to iron supplementation in mothers of children under 36 months of age in the Puerto Supe health center, Lima, 2024. The study will use the hypothetical and deductive procedure, will be quantitative, applied and non-experimental. Both the population and the sample will be 106 mothers whose children are under 36 months old and who are registered according to the nominal census at the Puerto Supe health center. The instruments to be used will be 2 questionnaires with the survey technique, the first was adopted from Leyva (25) and the next from Farfán (40). Once the instruments have been applied and the database has been compiled, the data will be transferred to Excel, taking into account the variables involved. Then the data analysis test will be performed, through basic statistics, where Fisher's test will be used. The SPSSS statistical program will be used to analyze the data and display the results in tables and graphs.
