Estilos de liderazgo de los coordinadores de servicio y su relacion con la satisfaccion laboral del enfermero asistencial. Hospital Vitarte – Lima, 2022

Abstract

La investigación realizada tiene el objetivo de “Determinar la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo de los coordinadores de servicio y la satisfacción laboral del enfermero asistencial en el hospital Vitarte – Lima, 2022”. En donde la metodología aplicada para esta investigación es un estudio hipotético deductivo, debido a que se realizan observaciones del problema intrínseco. La muestra utilizada en la investigación consta de 144 enfermeras que trabajan en el hospital Vitarte de baja complejidad nivel II-1. Obtenido con los criterios de selección, los cuales se dividen en los criterios de inclusión y criterios de exclusión. Para la adquisición de los datos su uso la encuesta, en donde se realizará en un solo momento mediante el instrumento de los cuestionarios, donde el primero es sobre los tipos de liderazgos (CELID-S) y el segundo es el cuestionario de la escala general de satisfacción, donde se tiene una confiabilidad de 0.75 y 0.89 respectivamente.

The research carried out has the objective of "Determining the relationship between the leadership styles of the service coordinators and the job satisfaction of the care nurse at the Vitarte hospital - Lima, 2022". Where the methodology applied for this research is a hypothetical deductive study, because observations of the intrinsic problem are made. The sample used in the research consists of 144 nurses who work at the Vitarte low complexity level II-1 hospital. Obtained with the selection criteria, which are divided into the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.
