Gestión institucional y calidad de atención al docente en la Escuela Nacional de Formación Profesional Policial, Lima - 2023

Abstract

This research focuses on the need to estimate the deficiencies identified in addressing the needs and rights of teachers who work at the National Police Professional Training School, during 2023, in order to address and improve specific areas to guarantee an efficient, professional and respectful educational environment. So, the main objective of this study was to analyze the degree of significance, the level and type of relationship that exists between institutional management and the quality of teacher care. The research has a quantitative approach, applied type, hypothetical-deductive method and descriptive-correlational level. The sample was made up of teachers and two duly validated questionnaires with statistical reliability were applied. Among the main results, it was determined that the majority of teachers feel that they do not have adequate facilities or equipment, in addition, their academic needs are not met, although they are known by the managers. Reaching the conclusion that there is a significant, positive and good level relationship between institutional management and the quality of care for teachers, in this sense, it is evident that in various aspects of planning, organization, direction and control in management there are no contributing to the experience and well-being of teaching staff.

La presente investigación se enfoca en la necesidad de estimar las deficiencias identificadas en la atención de las necesidades y derechos de los docentes que trabajan en la Escuela Nacional de Formación Profesional Policial, durante el 2023, con el fin de atender y mejorar áreas específicas para garantizar un entorno educativo eficiente, profesional y respetuoso. De manera que en este estudio se tuvo como principal objetivo analizar el grado de significancia, el nivel y tipo de relación que existe entre la gestión institucional y de la calidad de atención al docente. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, el método hipotéticodeductivo y nivel descriptivo-correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida con los docentes y se aplicaron dos cuestionarios debidamente validados y confiabilizados. Entre los principales resultados se determinó que, los docentes en su mayoría sienten que no cuentan con instalaciones ni equipamientos adecuados, además, sus necesidades académicas no son atendidas, aunque son conocidas por los gestores. Llegando a la conclusión que existe relación significativa, positiva y de buen nivel entre la gestión institucional y la calidad de atención al docente, en este sentido, se evidencia que en diversos aspectos de la planificación, organización, dirección y control en la gestión no están contribuyendo con la experiencia y el bienestar del personal docente.
