Consumo de drogas y su relación con las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes intervenidos por la PNP en la región Ayacucho 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación ha tenido por objetivo “Determinar la relación del consumo de droga y las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes intervenidos por la PNP en la región Ayacucho, 2019”, para lo cual, se trabajó bajo una investigación de tipo básica y con un nivel correlacional. La investigación se fundamentó además en un diseño no experimental, con un corte longitudinal. La muestra estuvo conformada 138 infracciones cometidas por adolescentes intervenidos por la Policía Nacional del Perú de la Región Ayacucho durante el 2019. El instrumento aplicado para la recolección de los datos fue la guía de análisis documental generada a partir de los indicadores establecidos para cada una de las variables. Gracias a esto, se llegó a concluir que: existe relación significativa a nivel de 0,026 según la prueba del Chi-cuadrado entre el consumo de droga y las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes intervenidos por la PNP en la región Ayacucho, gracias a lo cual, se aceptó la hipótesis general. Además, se encontró que el consumo de drogas solo se relaciona con las dimensiones de infracciones contra el patrimonio e infracciones contra la libertad sexual.

The objective of this research was to “Determine the relationship between drug use and the offenses committed by adolescents intervened by the PNP in the Ayacucho region, 2019”, for which purpose, work was carried out under basic research with a high level correlational. The research was also based on a non-experimental design, with a longitudinal section. The sample was made up of 138 infractions committed by adolescents intervened by the Peruvian National Police of the Ayacucho Region during 2019. The instrument applied to collect the data was the document analysis guide generated from the indicators established for each of the variables. Thanks to this, it was concluded that: there is a significant relationship at the 0.026 level according to the Chi-square test between drug use and the offenses committed by adolescents operated by the PNP in the Ayacucho region, thanks to which, the general hypothesis was accepted. Furthermore, it was found that drug use is only related to the dimensions of infringements against heritage and offenses against sexual freedom.
