Conocimiento sobre el proceso de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico y prácticas del personal de enfermería de central de esterilización de un hospital de Lima, 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizará con el objetivo de: “Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre el proceso de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico y las prácticas del personal de enfermería de central de esterilización de un hospital de lima-2024” Materiales y Métodos: método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, no experimental y de alcance correlacional. La población estará conformada por 80 entre enfermeros (as) y técnicos en enfermería. Para medir las dos variables la técnica a utilizarse será la encuesta para la variable conocimientos sobre el proceso de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico y la observación para variable practicas sobre el proceso de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico; el primer instrumento es un cuestionario y el segundo instrumento es una lista de cotejo cuya autoría le corresponde a Gasca D, Ruiz S. y Gonzales D en el caso de la variable conocimiento y para la segunda variable fue realizado por Huamán y Ruiz; respecto a la validez de los instrumentos, son validados ya que cuentan con jueces expertos; respecto a la confiabilidad ambos instrumentos son confiables puesto que presentan un coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach con un valor de 0.825 en la variable conocimiento y 0.80 en la variable práctica del proceso de esterilización. Asimismo, se utilizará el programa Excel y software estadístico SPSS. Por otro lado, se utilizará la Rho de Spearman para analizar estadísticamente la relación entre las dos variables de estudio.
