Conocimiento sobre la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y la práctica del personal de enfermería en una clínica privada de Lima 2025

Abstract

Objetivo principal de este estudio es “Determinar la relación existente entre el conocimiento sobre la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y la práctica del personal de Enfermería.” Metodología: hipotético-deductivo, utilizando un método cuantitativo aplicable, de diseño transversal-correlacional. Siendo población censal estará conformada por 25 enfermeras, del Centro Quirúrgico, y se registrará una media mensual de 450 cirugías. Se implementará dos instrumentos de medición; la primera variable se evaluará el conocimiento, y la segunda variable, la práctica mediante cuestionarios según la lista de cirugía segura. los datos recopilados serán organizados lo cual permitirá cuantificar el grado de relación existente, Se empleará un método estadístico preciso como el coeficiente de correlación de rangos de spearman. que permitirá evaluar la intensidad y la dirección entre las variables existentes.

The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge of the surgical safety checklist and the practices of nursing staff. The methodology is hypothetical-deductive, employing an applicable quantitative method with a cross-sectional correlational design. The census population will consist of 25 nurses from the Surgical Center, and an average of 450 surgeries will be recorded monthly. Two measurement instruments will be implemented: the first will assess knowledge, and the second will assess practice using questionnaires based on the surgical safety checklist. The collected data will be organized to quantify the degree of relationship. A precise statistical method, such as Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, will be used to evaluate the strength and direction of the relationship between the variables.
