Gestión de los servicios de salud del personal de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente en un policlínico, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: El propósito fue determinar la relación entre la gestión de los servicios de salud del personal de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente en un policlínico. Materiales y métodos: Fue un estudio correlacional. La muestra contó con 81 pacientes del Policlínico Villa Salud. Se empleó la encuesta como técnica y los instrumentos fueron dos cuestionarios. Resultados: Existe relación significativa entre la gestión de los servicios de salud del personal y satisfacción del paciente (p<0,05). Según dimensiones, hubo relación significativa entre todas las dimensiones de la primera variable con la variable satisfacción del paciente (p<0,05). Conclusiones: Se reportó relación entre las variables centrales del estudio (p<0,05).

Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the management of nursing staff health services and patient satisfaction in a Polyclinic. Materials and methods: The approach was quantitative and the correlational design. The sample included 81 patients from the Villa Salud Polyclinic. For the field activity, the survey was used as a technique and the instruments were two questionnaires. Results: There is a significant relationship between the management of staff health services and patient satisfaction (p<0.05). According to dimensions, there was a significant relationship between all the dimensions of the first variable with the second variable patient satisfaction (p<0.05).
